The traditional two-dimensional type can no longer meet the complex industrial needs. It is under this background that 3D is gradually developed and matured. The application of programmable controller (PLC) in the control system provides the technical guarantee for the complex requirements of the pipe bending system. Until now, due to the rise of domestic air conditioning, automotive and other industries, the demand for CNC Tube Grooving has changed from quantity to quality, so it also gave birth to the leap of CNC Tube Grooving technology, CNC technology has finally been introduced into the industry, CNC intervention is a technological revolution in the bending industry. The software is realized by visual programs such as VC or VB, which can make full use of computer resources and is mostly used for complex mechanical equipment such as motion process and mechanical trajectory. In addition to the functions of the second method, the function of coffin processing machinery interference is also added. The hardware reliability is slightly lower than that of PIC systems. We use PLC, position/speed control unit, touch screen, AC servo drive unit combined control mode. The designed system has manual and automatic operation modes, and the automatic mode can be divided into step following bending and origin through bending, which is convenient for processing a variety of bending pipes. For the pipe fittings with different bending radius, the upper and lower die switching is used to realize the bending process. For bending pipe with special processing requirements, linkage, decomposition and corresponding auxiliary actions are designed to avoid mechanical interference and realize the automation of bending process. Today we and our experts mainly introduce the design of the control program based on the Mitsubishi position/speed control unit. For the automation device with position and speed control requirements, the hardware uses PLC, position/speed unit, AC servo unit, etc., and the software uses ladder diagram and SFC diagram. In the case of cost-effective, reliability and other requirements, it is a better system solution.
