My Journey with Saudia Taxi: Private Makkah to Madinah Transport and Madinah Ziyarat List Experience

Traveling between the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah is a dream for every pilgrim. The journey is not just about reaching another city; it is about experiencing a continuation of the spiritual connection one begins in Makkah and carries forward to Madinah. On my most recent Umrah trip, I had the chance to book private Makkah to Madinah transport with Saudia Taxi, and later, I used their service for exploring the sacred sites from the Madinah ziyarat list. My experience was so fulfilling that I felt it deserved to be shared with other travelers who want comfort, reliability, and peace of mind during their sacred journey.

Booking Saudia Taxi for Private Makkah to Madinah Transport

After completing my Umrah in Makkah, the next step in my journey was to travel to the city of the Prophet ﷺ—Madinah. I had two options: either join a bus or public transport service or book a private ride. Since I wanted comfort and flexibility, I decided on private Makkah to Madinah transport with Saudia Taxi.

The booking process was straightforward. I simply contacted them on WhatsApp, and they confirmed my pick-up time, fare, and vehicle details within minutes. Unlike public options where schedules are rigid and waiting times are long, this private service gave me the flexibility I needed.

The Journey from Makkah to Madinah

The distance between Makkah and Madinah is roughly 450 kilometers, and the drive usually takes between 4 to 5 hours. Having a comfortable and private ride made all the difference. The car provided by Saudia Taxi was modern, clean, and air-conditioned—perfect for the long journey through the desert roads.

What stood out most to me was the driver’s professionalism. He was polite, calm, and well-versed with the route. He even shared some beautiful insights about the historical paths once taken by the Prophet ﷺ during the Hijrah (migration). This made the journey feel not just like a transfer, but a continuation of my spiritual trip.

Another benefit of private transport was the ability to stop along the way whenever needed, whether for a short rest, food, or prayer. Unlike group travel where one feels rushed, I had the peace of mind to move at my own pace.

First Impressions on Arriving in Madinah

Arriving in Madinah is an emotion that words cannot fully capture. The calmness of the city, the beauty of Masjid an-Nabawi, and the thought that I was walking where the Prophet ﷺ lived filled my heart with gratitude. Thanks to Saudia Taxi, I arrived fresh, relaxed, and ready to begin my time in the blessed city without the stress of a tiring or uncomfortable ride.

Exploring the Madinah Ziyarat List with Saudia Taxi

After settling in Madinah and offering my prayers in Masjid an-Nabawi, I was eager to explore the significant sites connected to the life of the Prophet ﷺ and his companions. Once again, I relied on Saudia Taxi for this part of my journey. They arranged a comfortable ride and a driver who was not only punctual but also familiar with the Madinah ziyarat list.

Here are some of the most memorable ziyarat spots I visited:

1. Masjid Quba

The first mosque built by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ after his migration from Makkah is Masjid Quba. The Prophet ﷺ himself said that offering two rak’ahs of prayer in this mosque is equal to performing an Umrah. Standing here and praying felt incredibly special.

2. Masjid Qiblatain

Known as the mosque of the two Qiblahs, Masjid Qiblatain is where the Qiblah was changed from Jerusalem to the Kaaba in Makkah during prayer. Visiting this mosque reminded me of the strength and importance of following divine guidance.

3. The Battle of Uhud Site

The field of Uhud is one of the most emotional ziyarat places. It is the site of the famous battle, and the resting place of the beloved uncle of the Prophet ﷺ, Hamza ibn Abdul Muttalib (RA). Standing at the graves of the martyrs of Uhud brought tears to my eyes.

4. Jannat al-Baqi

This is the main graveyard of Madinah, where many companions and family members of the Prophet ﷺ are buried. Visiting here was a powerful reminder of the simplicity and humility of those who sacrificed everything for Islam.

5. Masjid al-Ghamamah

Located near Masjid an-Nabawi, this mosque holds historical significance as it is believed to be the place where the Prophet ﷺ performed the Eid prayer.

6. Other Important Ziyarat Places

With Saudia Taxi, I was also able to visit several other smaller but meaningful sites, such as Masjid al-Fath and Masjid al-Jumu’ah. Each ziyarat location added depth and meaning to my spiritual journey.

Why I Chose Saudia Taxi for Madinah Ziyarat

While there are many transport services available in Madinah, I preferred Saudia Taxi for several reasons:

  • Comfortable Vehicles – Each ride was stress-free, with well-maintained and clean cars.

  • Knowledgeable Drivers – The drivers had experience guiding pilgrims and knew all the important ziyarat locations.

  • Flexibility in Time – I was never rushed and could spend as much time as I wanted at each site.

  • Safe and Reliable – Traveling in a foreign country can be overwhelming, but with Saudia Taxi, I always felt safe and secure.

What I loved most was how they treated every trip as more than just a ride. They understood the spiritual importance of these visits and made sure I could focus on my ibadah (worship) without worrying about logistics.

A Memorable Travel Experience

Looking back, I feel grateful that I chose Saudia Taxi for both my private Makkah to Madinah transport and my Madinah ziyarat list tour. The comfort, professionalism, and dedication to making my journey smooth allowed me to fully immerse myself in the spiritual experiences of both holy cities.

For pilgrims, transportation plays a huge role in shaping the overall journey. With Saudia Taxi, I felt that every step of my trip was handled with care, which allowed me to focus on what truly mattered—my prayers, reflections, and connection with Allah.
